This policy explains how information is handled when you explore, request, purchase or manage travel services through My Travel Royalties.
Information we handle
- Identity details supplied through secure account sign-in, such as name, email and account identifier.
- Travel inquiries, traveler preferences, booking details, rewards activity and communications.
- Payment-method references, card brand, expiration and last four digits supplied by the payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Passport, visa and identity files that an eligible member voluntarily places in the private vault.
- Essential device, request and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
We use information to respond to travel requests, coordinate services, manage member accounts, display linked journeys, administer rewards, deliver requested communications, protect the vault and prevent misuse. We do not use passport or visa files for unrelated marketing.
Travel suppliers and service providers
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with selected travel suppliers and service providers that support authentication, hosting, communications, payments, fraud prevention or requested travel arrangements. Each supplier may process information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Private vault and payment safety
Vault files are encrypted before storage and require an authenticated Exclusive account plus a temporary PIN-unlocked session. The four-digit PIN is a secondary privacy control, not a replacement for account sign-in. Payments and card setup take place through a protected processor-hosted flow. Never send card numbers, security codes, passport images or passwords through ordinary email or free-text messages.
Cookies and similar technology
The current service uses essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security and vault access. Non-essential advertising cookies are not required for the core member experience. If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced, appropriate notice and choices will be provided where required.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for operational, contractual, security and legal purposes. Retention periods can differ by record type and supplier obligation. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Members can update communication and travel preferences in their accounts. Requests to access, correct or delete eligible information can be submitted through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for active travel, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or applicable law.
Children and international travel
The service is not directed to children acting independently. A parent, guardian or authorized adult must provide information for a minor traveler. Travel can involve processing in other countries by suppliers needed to fulfill the requested arrangement.
Updates and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Privacy questions and requests should be submitted through the secure contact form so they can be routed appropriately.
