Every reservation gets a reference like MTRV8CWLQ. Open My Trip and enter the reference with the lead traveller's surname to see the full timeline, costs and paid status.
Payments
Live hotel rates are charged through our supplier when you pay — the amount shown is the amount charged. Cruise and chauffeur bookings are invoiced with a secure payment link by email.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rules follow the fare or rate you booked. Your Travel Relationship Manager (TRM) quotes the applicable terms before anything is charged — just reach out with your booking reference.
Your account
Sign in to keep every booking on one account, pay outstanding balances and link bookings made as a guest using the reference and surname.
