1. Booking and Payment

By making a booking with My Travel Royalies, you agree to the following terms:

• A booking confirmation is subject to availability and our acceptance
• A deposit is required to confirm your booking (amount varies by package)
• Full payment must be received before travel dates as specified in your itinerary
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposit is received
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other specified methods

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• 30+ days before departure: 25% of total package cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
• Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days after deduction of cancellation charges

3. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Each package clearly states what is included and excluded. Generally:

Typically Included:

• Accommodation as specified in the itinerary
• Meals as mentioned (breakfast, half-board, full-board, or all-inclusive)
• Transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary
• Services of a tour guide where specified

Typically Excluded:

• International/domestic airfare unless specifically mentioned
• Visa fees and charges
• Travel insurance
• Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, minibar, etc.)
• Optional activities and excursions not mentioned in itinerary
• Tips and gratuities

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or services due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political situations, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of similar or higher value. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the traveler.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.) before departure. We can assist with visa applications, but the final responsibility lies with the traveler. We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless specifically mentioned.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before traveling, especially for international destinations. We are not liable for any health issues, injuries, or losses incurred during travel.

8. Liability

My Travel Royalies acts as an agent for travel service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). Our liability is limited to the extent of payments received from you. We are not responsible for:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Political unrest, terrorism, or civil disturbances
• Delays, cancellations, or changes by service providers
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury or illness during travel
• Any consequential losses or damages

9. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints must be raised during the trip or within 7 days of return. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Disputes will be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our operating city.

10. Special Requirements

Please inform us of any special requirements (dietary needs, mobility issues, medical conditions, etc.) at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee fulfillment.

11. Photography and Media

By participating in group tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform your tour guide.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
